These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrainIt mobile application and related websites or services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using TrainIt, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
TrainIt is provided by Judgemental Applications by Daniel Stephen ("TrainIt", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Australia.

TrainIt is a fitness-themed mobile game. Real-world training activity that you log or complete in the app can convert into game progression such as combat stats, Survival gameplay, gear, resources, and base building. TrainIt is entertainment and training tracking software. It is not medical advice, a clinical service, or a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.
You must meet the age and account requirements of Google Play (or any other store through which you obtain TrainIt) to use the Services. TrainIt is not directed specifically at children.
TrainIt signs you in anonymously with Firebase by default so you can play without creating a separate TrainIt password. You may optionally link a Google account to enable Cloud Backup & Rankings. You are responsible for activity that occurs on your device and through your linked accounts.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TrainIt for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law. You may not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, scrape, or use unauthorized automation beyond ordinary gameplay.
You retain rights in training information you enter on your device. If you opt into Cloud Backup & Rankings, you grant us a worldwide license to store, process, display, and sync that progress as described in the Privacy Policy, including displaying leaderboard and player-page information to other TrainIt users.
TrainIt may offer virtual items and entitlements such as credits, scrap, resources, gear boxes, and TrainIt Pro subscriptions. Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are licensed to you — not sold as real property.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Payment terms, billing, and refunds are governed by Google Play’s policies. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You can restore eligible entitlements using Restore Purchases in the app where available.
TrainIt may show optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. Some premium features (such as TrainIt Pro or ad tokens) may reduce or replace ads where offered. You are not required to watch rewarded ads to play the core game.
Exercise involves risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You train at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, illness, or other harm arising from workouts or activities you choose to perform in connection with TrainIt.
If you use Cloud Backup & Rankings, do not use offensive, misleading, or abusive player names, and do not attempt to manipulate rankings. We may hide, reset, or remove profiles or progress that violate these Terms or harm other players.
We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) AUD $50 or (b) the amounts you paid us for TrainIt in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using TrainIt at any time by uninstalling the app or resetting progress in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app, on a related website, through the store listing, or by other reasonable means. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights you may have.
